The machine head at the top arbitrary height through the PET strapping machine

Fully automated strapping and packaging. One or more PET packing belts can be automatically tied to the goods. The interface is on the top of the goods, and the belt can be worn at any height. The unit consists of a sturdy welded structural frame that supports all strapping machine components:

· HK series modular strapping machine head is located at the top of the direction of the goods. When the goods arrive at the designated position, a series of strapping machine processes including belt packing, belt sending, belt receiving, tightening, buckle making and belt cutting are automatically executed. Modular heads can be replaced quickly and can be serviced off-line, minimizing downtime on the production line.

· The closed ribbon slots set around the cargo are made of special materials and have multiple independent special release devices, enabling the PET packing belt to smoothly and perfectly surround the cargo.

· The floating device of the nose, which compensates for movement as the nose approaches the cargo and pulls it tight, ensures that the baling tape is evenly stressed on all sides of the cargo.

· Strapping the head mobile support frame and lowering it until it is about to meet the cargo for position control through sensors.

· Equipped arrow piercing device is suitable for automatic strapping through pallet gaps.

· The pulley car provides continuous supply of the packing belt and temporarily stores the packing belt through multiple sets of pulleys when receiving the belt. This device and equipment are basically independent and can control the supply and temporarily store of the packing belt through mechanical brakes.

· The operation control box can make the equipment work in full automatic and manual mode.

· The equipment is equipped with all electric drive mechanisms and all parts are sprayed.
