All our strapping tools from SHANGHAI TAOLE MACHINE CO.,LTD (TAOLEPACK) with 3 or 6 months warranty from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects except the quick ware parts. Pls refer to the operation manual for spare parts list and drawing.
