H Series Horizontal strapping machine

One or more PET packing belts can be automatically strapped to the goods in the horizontal direction, and the interface is on the side of the goods. The unit consists of a sturdy welded structural frame that supports all strapping machine components:

· HK series modular strapping machine head is located on the side of the direction of the goods. When the goods arrive at the designated position, a series of strapping procedures including belt packing, belt sending, belt receiving, tightening, buckle making and belt cutting will be performed automatically. Modular heads can be replaced quickly and can be serviced off-line, minimizing downtime on the production line.

· Horizontal ribbon slots set around the cargo have multiple independent special release devices, enabling the PET packing belt to smoothly and perfectly surround the cargo.

· The floating device of the nose, when the nose approaches the cargo laterally and compensates for the motion during the tightening process, ensures that the packing belt is evenly stressed on all sides of the cargo.

· The pulley car provides continuous supply of the packing belt and temporarily stores the packing belt through multiple sets of pulleys when receiving the belt. This device and equipment are basically independent and can control the supply and temporarily store of the packing belt through mechanical brakes.

· The operation control box can make the equipment work in full automatic and manual mode.

· The equipment is equipped with all driving mechanisms (electric and pneumatic) and all components are sprayed.
