It can fully automate the strapping and packing of all kinds of goods. One or more PET packing tapes are automatically tied to the goods with interfaces on the side of the goods. The unit consists of a sturdy welded structure and aluminum alloy frame that supports all strapping machine components:

· HK series modular strapping machine head is located on the side of the direction of goods. When goods arrive at the designated position, a series of strapping machine processes including belt packing, belt sending, belt receiving, tightening, buckle making and belt cutting are automatically executed. Modular heads can be replaced quickly and can be serviced off-line, minimizing downtime on the production line.

· The arch piercing slot is made of aluminum alloy profiles.

· The closed tape trough set around the goods is made of special wear-resistant material and equipped with special release device for the bow tape trough, so that the PET packing belt smoothly and perfectly surrounds the goods.

· Position control by sensor when the bundling head is close to the goods.

· The equipped arrow piercing device is suitable for automatic strapping through the stack gap.

· The pulley car provides continuous supply of the packing belt and temporarily stores the packing belt through multiple sets of pulleys when receiving the belt. This device and equipment are basically independent and can control the supply and temporarily store of the packing belt through mechanical brakes.

· The operation control box can make the equipment work in full automatic and manual mode.

· The equipment is equipped with all driving mechanisms (electric and pneumatic) and all components are sprayed.
